Minimum 1 to 3  years of experience also good in RPG400 Programmers ,J D Edwards  etc........

.NET PROFESSIONAL

.NET c#, with the Exposure to developing Window application - Threading model

ASP.NET, C#, Visual Studio 2005, SQL Server 2005, AJAX, HTML, XML, Web Services

Minimum 3 years of experience Proficient in .Net environment and databases (SQL Server preferable)
Exposure to developing Window application
Exposure to different design patterns
Proficiency in databases (writing stored procedures and some DBA activities) considered a plus
Working knowledge or Proficiency in Flex or Crystal reports considered a plus
Demonstrable experience in offshore outsourced projects a plus
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Working knowledge of Bug tracking systems.
Must have the ability to pick business domain knowledge
Finance / Insurance domain knowledge considered a plus
Understanding of SDLC considered a plus
