Mobile Operator will configure the special phone numbers integrated with all Telecom operators in the country. User will type some special keyword and send to particular special short code number. Some particular amount will be deducted from client account

This message will reach the server and stored in a database. Short code provider will send a automatic reply to the users.

Many companies uses the short code services. The short code services can be used via Short code API ( Application Programming Interface ).

This API helps the short code owners to get the information about sender mobile numbers and their messages. Using programming they will set a reply to that number. Short code subscribing companies use the short code administration application

This will receive all incoming sms on web based panel

2.Desktop based short code application

This will receive all information in desktop local system
