                     If you have enough memory to run Microsoft Office satisfactorily, you
                        have enough to run MediSupport.
   Download problems?
                      If you have trouble downloading you may have your Internet Explorer or
                         firewall security settings too high, this can stop you from downloading
                        .zip files. Change your security settings to allow .zip downloads.
                     If you have a slow modem which is set to disconnect if no activity is
                        detected after a period of time, you may find that the connection is
                        terminated before the download is complete. You should therefore
                        watch the download so that you can respond to the 'Stay Connected'
                        message before the connection is terminated.
